UNFRAMED PRINTS
All unframed limited-edition prints are packaged rolled up in a cylinder and shipped to your given address. You will receive a Tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
FRAMED PRINTS / ORIGINALS
Artworks are shipped in specialized protective packaging. You will receive a Tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Framed Prints & Original:
Size: A2 & A3 – R 2 000.00
Size: A5 – R 970.00

Local Artworks Shipping via Postnet or The Courier Guy (South Africa – 3 to 7 days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any customs, taxes and duties that may be due are not included in the shipping cost and will need to be paid by you in the destination country.

We recommend including shipping insurance, however, please note that insurance does not cover artwork framed with glass.

International Artworks are shipped via – DHL (10 to 14 days) 

Order processing and delivery times

Processing of orders can take between 5-7 days. All limited edition prints are printed to order to ensure perfect quality. Delivery for local shipments can take a further 5 to 7 days depending on location. Please allow a further 10 to 14 days for international deliveries.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs in addition to the prices shown on this website.

Prior to purchasing a product, please email us info@clairegebhardt.co.za with the name of the artwork you are interested in (or the web URL) along with your address so that we can provide you with a shipping cost estimate. A representative from Art by Claire Gebhardt will contact you within 2-3 days after your email/checkout in order to confirm these additional costs.
Returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages

All products are carefully and appropriately packaged to ensure their safety in transit. Proof of damage in the form of a photograph will need to be provided within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
